Program Manager

Payrate: $48.00 - $50.00/hr
 
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Serve as a project coordinator working with leads on projects.
• Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans or Azure DevOps
• Coordinating meetings, driving action items, thinking analytically

 
Typical task breakdown:

• Support both Waterfall & Agile project management methodology projects
• Planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events.
• Fostering an environment of self-organization, high visibility, ownership, and continuous improvement with the team.
• Working with the product owner/service request manager and stakeholders to ensure value is always being generated by the team's work.
• Becoming a champion of removing blockers and impediments to the team’s progress & helping the team to capture and aggregate data useful to the team's development, as well as providing management information that will inform strategic decisions.

 
Education & Experience Required:

• Four-year college or university degree in Business administration or a related field
• Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification preferred
• 5-7 years experienced required

 
Top 3 Skills:

• Possess extensive knowledge of project management software (MS Project), MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficient typing speed

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $50.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
