This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to define program objectives and deliverables. Utilize SRE methodologies to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability across all programs. Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Facilitate regular program meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Implement best practices in project management and SRE to drive continuous improvement in program delivery. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Act as a mentor and resource for team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure as code. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of monitoring and incident management tools. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) and SRE are a plus. Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs in a technology-driven environment.
