Program Manager – Early Childhood Education

$70,000+/year · $1,000 Sign-on bonus · Up to $10K/yr ELFA stipend

San Francisco · Full-time · Monday to Friday

Support the day-to-day success of an early learning center at Meaningful Beginnings, a Reggio Emilia–inspired early childhood community. You’ll work closely with the Director to support teachers, maintain classroom quality, engage families, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll:

• Support daily staffing, classroom coverage, and program flow
• Coach and support teachers in the classroom
• Conduct classroom walkthroughs and support teaching quality
• Help implement curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices
• Support families and build positive school-family relationships
• Ensure classrooms are safe, organized, and well prepared
• Support Title 22 compliance, documentation, and required records
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in early childhood education or a leadership support role
• Strong knowledge of Title 22 licensing and classroom ratios
• Knowledge of child development for ages 0–6
• ECE coursework or a Child Development Permit preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
