Program Manager - Group Fitness

Lead and inspire a high-performing team at the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, in Bentonville, AR, where member experience and whole-person wellness are at the center of everything we do. As Group Fitness Manager, you will energize and develop a large team of group class instructors and drive meaningful member engagement through high-quality, consistent service. This role is ideal for a driven, people-focused leader who is passionate about fitness, thrives on coaching others to succeed, and partners closely with facility leadership to create a positive, results-driven environment where both team members and members can reach their full potential.Schedule will be: T/W/TH 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Fri 1pm-10pm, Sat 7am-3pm.
