UPMC Health Plan has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager HP OPD position in the Business Performance Improvement department. This is a full-time, hybrid position consisting of working from home and in office. In office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
This role is responsible for leading, planning, developing, and implementing high-priority, enterprise-level programs across multiple business units and executive stakeholders. The Program Manager provides clear direction, governance, and accountability for Senior Project Managers and Project Managers while ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, financial performance, and measurable return on investment (ROI. This position operates as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating strategic intent into executable programs with defined outcomes, proactive risk management, and disciplined delivery. The role defines program metrics in partnership with business leaders, drives integration across initiatives, and ensures delivery of enhanced business value through structured governance, cross-functional alignment, and consistent execution.
