The Program Manager, Hybrid Programs leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of assigned entrepreneurship programs within the IVMF Entrepreneurship Hybrid Vertical. Reporting to the Associate Director, Hybrid Programs, the role currently is responsible for delivery of Phase I and II V-WISE, Syracuse EBV hybrid programming, and Syracuse-based Phase II in-person programs, ensuring high-quality execution, strong participant experience, and alignment with program outcomes.
The position also provides leadership for future hybrid vertical programs as they are developed, piloted, and brought into ongoing delivery. The role serves as a key cross-functional coordinator, partnering with Shared Services, MarComms, Data Solutions, IT, Finance, facilitators, and the Future State / Innovation team to support current program delivery and inform the development of future hybrid models. The role requires strong operational judgment, organization, cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple timelines, cohorts, systems, and delivery workstreams while maintaining a high-quality participant experience and mission alignment.
This position may be filled on a fully remote basis if the identified candidate is not currently located in Syracuse, NY (within 50 miles). Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; commensurate professional experience may be considered
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, higher education programming, nonprofit program delivery, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, cohorts, or multi-format programs
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting participant-centered programs, training initiatives, or educational delivery models, including entrepreneurship/small business-specific support
- Experience with budget tracking, reporting processes, and operational systems preferred
- Experience working with veterans, military spouses, service members, or military-connected communities preferred
- Experience with hybrid, online, and/or in-person program delivery models preferred

Responsibilities
Program Planning, Execution and Delivery
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned hybrid and Syracuse-based in-person programs from planning through completion
- Manage timelines, deliverables, milestones, and day-to-day coordination to ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and alignment with intended learning and engagement outcomes
- Develop program calendars, delivery plans, session schedules, facilitator timelines, application milestones, and launch/readiness plans for assigned programs
- Coordinate onboarding, session preparation, materials readiness, and execution plans across the full program lifecycle
Participant Experience and Engagement
- Oversee participant experience from pre-program communication through completion and post-program transition
- Monitor engagement, attendance, responsiveness, and participant support needs, resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain a high-quality experience
- Monitor program performance indicators, participant feedback, delivery quality, and operational effectiveness; identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; document lessons learned; and recommend process, system, and delivery enhancements
Cross-Functional Coordination, Innovation, and Future Hybrid Development
- Serve as the primary coordination point across the Hybrid Vertical and other internal partners
- Align operational, communication, systems, and reporting activities with program delivery requirements
- Coordinate with the Future State / Innovation team on ideation, pilot design, testing, and feedback loops related to future hybrid program models
- Surface operational insights from live programming to inform iteration, scalability, and continuous refinement of hybrid delivery approaches
