Position Overview:
We are seeking a Program Manager to support fleet operations, vehicle deployment, and supply operations across Western U.S. markets. This role will support a period of significant business growth and will focus on ensuring fleet deployment, vehicle readiness, and operational supply targets are achieved.
The Program Manager will partner closely with regional and local operations teams, vendors, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on program and operations professional who combines strong program management, analytical problem-solving, operational execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor vehicle deployment, fleet bring-up, readiness, and supply-related operational programs across multiple markets.
- Track operational throughput, SLAs, shipment volumes, vehicle readiness, and other key performance metrics to identify gaps and potential risks.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Proactively identify issues that may impact fleet throughput and coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
- Partner closely with local operations teams and external vendors to address operational challenges and improve performance.
- Monitor vehicle movement from manufacturing and shipment through market arrival, readiness, and deployment.
- Coordinate tactical execution activities when required, including resolving operational constraints affecting fleet supply and deployment.
- Conduct deep dives into operational issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate operational risks, issues, dependencies, and performance trends clearly to regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure identified issues are appropriately prioritized, escalated, tracked, and driven to resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across fleet deployment, supply operations, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams to ensure operational milestones and deployment targets are met.
- Develop and maintain program trackers, status updates, and performance reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in program management, operations, fleet operations, logistics, supply chain, marketplace operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing operational programs involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate operational issues and identify root causes.
- Experience tracking operational metrics, SLAs, throughput, performance targets, and process KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and drive issues through resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
- Ability to balance strategic analysis with hands-on operational execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fleet deployment, vehicle readiness, fleet operations, logistics, or asset deployment.
- Experience in transportation, mobility, delivery, logistics, or marketplace operations.
- Experience supporting vehicle bring-up, fleet launches, market expansion, or operational readiness programs.
- Experience working with vendors and internal teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, or other data-analysis tools.
- Experience supporting rapidly scaling operational programs across multiple geographic markets.
