Summary

• Plan, coordinate, and execute non-IT programs involving engineering, research and development, financial systems, or product rollouts.
• Develop detailed project plans, establish objectives, allocate resources, and monitor execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across management, production, marketing, and technical departments.
• Evaluate project feasibility by analyzing technology requirements, resources, costs, and market demand.
• Review project budgets, contracts, cost estimates, product designs, and operational changes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and external stakeholders.
• Provide team leadership, assign responsibilities, evaluate performance, and support employee development.
