The ideal candidate combines strong program management and business process improvement capabilities with experience implementing enterprise systems, coordinating system integrations, driving organizational adoption, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.

    • Coordinate system integrations and data flows across platforms supporting training, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time and attendance, safety, and operational reporting, partnering with technical teams to address dependencies, data quality, and reporting requirements.
    • Own program execution and governance, including scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

    • Strong communication and execution skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies while communicating effectively with operational teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, or other frontline, shift-based workforces.
    • Exposure to multiple workforce or safety platforms, such as Workday, Beeline, VNDLY, UKG, SAP, Docebo, or comparable systems.
    • Experience coordinating system integrations, APIs, data migration, identity and access management, or enterprise reporting.
    • Familiarity with Lean methodologies, business process reengineering, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience managing multi-system implementations or a portfolio of interconnected enterprise applications.
    • Experience defining operational KPIs and using data to evaluate program effectiveness and business outcomes.
