      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
      - PMI or PMP certification preferred.
      - 2-4 years of experience required.

      - Prior experience in coordinating non-IT projects.
      - Strong organizational and leadership skills.
      - Familiarity with engineering, research and development, or financial systems.
