ResponsibilitiesServe as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, enterprise architecture, and security leadershipDrive backlog grooming, prioritization, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and user story refinement with IAM Feature TeamsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaManage product roadmaps across Authentication, Federation, Access Controls, Identity Governance, Directory Services, Privileged Access Management, and Cryptographic Key ManagementMaintain detailed dependency tracking, release tracking, dashboards, reporting, and deliverables across IAM programsLead Agile ceremonies and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) artifacts including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, dashboards, and executive reportingPartner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to align with business and security objectivesCoordinate with vendors and platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Saviynt, 1Kosmos, Keyfactor, PlainID, SailPoint, and ServiceNowTrack and report product KPIs including backlog health, delivery velocity, release performance, dependency status, and portfolio-level visibilityMinimum Requirements6+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management, or similar enterprise/SaaS rolesExpert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint execution, dependency tracking, dashboards, reporting, and portfolio managementExpertise with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and strong knowledge of IAM domains: Authentication, Federation, Access Controls, Identity Governance, Directory Services, Privileged Access Management, and Cryptographic Key ManagementHands‑on experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Saviynt, 1Kosmos, Keyfactor, PlainID, SailPoint, or ServiceNowExperience using Agile delivery, collaboration, and AI‑assisted productivity tools such as Jira, Amazon Q, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms; ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives and dependenciesStrong stakeholder communication, facilitation, documentation, and executive reporting skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large‑scale IAM transformations or modernization programsFamiliarity with Zero Trust, NIST, or ISO security frameworksBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)The base compensation range for this full‑time position is between $145,000 - $165,000 plus benefits. As a Product Owner for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale IAM solutions.
