The Program Manager will provide management, direction, administration, workforce development, quality assurance, and leadership for all contract activities and will serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership.The successful candidate will be a seasoned acquisition leader with demonstrated experience managing large, multi-functional teams in both Government and contractor environments. This individual will provide technical supervision and guidance, coordinate work across task orders and ensure objectives are achieved within prescribed schedules, quality standards, and funding parameters. The role requires strong judgment, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to organize, plan, direct, and continuously improve a major acquisition support operation.Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. CitizenshipBachelor's degree in business, acquisition management, program management, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in federal acquisition, program management, or acquisition supportActive Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibilityDemonstrated experience managing, supervising, and developing a large, multi-functional workforce across varied labor categoriesExperience identifying user requirements, translating requirements into project plans and milestones, directing implementation, and presenting formal status and planning briefings to Government leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Active PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) certification preferred; current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification consideredDefense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification or comparable federal acquisition credentialSignificant Department of Defense and/or General Services Administration acquisition experienceProcess improvement experience including Six SigmaBusiness process automation and data analytics experienceStrong technical, organizational, quality assurance, and stakeholder-management capabilities Benefits: BluePath Labs offers a comprehensive benefits package.
