Key Skills Required

This is a Senior ERP Transformation Program Manager / PMO Lead role. The candidate should have strong experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs, particularly SAP implementations, with a focus on governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• ERP Transformation Program Management Experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or transformation programs.
• PMO Governance Strong experience establishing and managing program governance, processes, reporting, and controls.
• Integrated Project Planning Managing integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery timelines.
• RAID Management Managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, along with decision and action logs.
• SAP Implementation Experience with SAP deployment, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
• Executive Stakeholder Management Preparing executive dashboards, steering committee presentations, and status reports.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinating IT, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Regulated-industry experience (Banking, Healthcare, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc.).
• ERP transformation in complex enterprise environments.
• Cutover and go-live management.
• Tollgate readiness and stage-gate governance.
• Critical-path tracking and issue escalation.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
