Department Overview
The Wildfire Safety Compliance Team is part of the Electric Operations Regulatory Compliance organization, where our vision is that together we will create a compliance culture that supports and exceeds our regulator's expectations for safety, reliability, and customer expectations.
The main functions of this department are to ensure that we remain in compliance with our state and federal requirements.
The Wildfire Safety Compliance Team is primarily responsible for responding to data requests from the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (OEIS) and inquiries from CAL FIRE. The Wildfire Safety Compliance Team also serves as the primary liaison with the Independent Evaluator and responds to Notice of Violations, Notice of Defects, Wildfire Safety Concerns, and customer complaints for either Energy Safety and/or CAL FIRE.
Summary
Manages aspects of program implementation and daily operations; ensures program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives:

PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Pay Range Minimum: $144,000 Midpoint: $194,000 Maximum: $244,000
