Kratos is seeking aProgram Manager for the MACH TB 2.0 Program in Huntsville, Alabama. This role will be responsible for leading technical project/program teams with process development activities and workflows.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Serve as the lead for developing processes and workflows with key SMEs across various MACH-TB (MTB) programs and corporate functions and processes. Workflows should have reminders, approvals, and scheduled notifications.
Coordinate with the Configuration Management Lead and Deputy Program Director (Processes and Automation) to ensure SharePoint, Windchill, and Box data and workflows are in accordance with the Data Management Plan.
As the organization grows and scales, review existing processes and workflows through a continuous improvement lens to ensure processes are not a constraint to program operations.
As MTB SharePoint administration lead, coordinate with IT/IT Security to create//configure/update/maintain internal and external SharePoint Lists, relationships, and permissions to maintain sharing and retention of program and mission data.
Work closely with IT and Configuration Management Specialist to create, update, and oversee program- and mission-level database structure and processes.
Create dashboards and reports to provide metrics for trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Must have working knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework and associated design milestones.
Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Adept at interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and 15 years experience combined in program/project management, server administration, process improvement. Masters with 12 years of combined experience in the areas above.
Experience with process creation and improvement, particularly with workflow creation and management.
Background which involves building partnerships with government or commercial customer representatives and supervising various task order activities.
May require up to 25% travel to support technical meetings, design reviews, and test events.
