Program Manager (Quickbase)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Quickbase Consultant to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Quickbase applications supporting a large public-sector organization. 

This role requires a highly technical consultant who can translate business requirements into scalable Quickbase solutions while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive Quickbase architecture and development experience, strong business process documentation skills, and a background delivering enterprise software solutions. This role is fully onsite and seeking local applicants. 

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Quickbase applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and custom applications.
• Document business processes and system workflows.
• Support application modernization initiatives.
• Deliver scalable web and mobile-ready solutions.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Work with large, complex datasets.
• Coordinate multiple projects while managing competing priorities.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation plans.
