Job Tittle: Program Manager, Real Estate Channel Marketing

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the Real Estate sales channel. This position will also support other relationships and projects within the Retail Partnerships and Channel Development efforts for the Mass Market retail natural gas portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals to drive new customer acquisitions.
  • Lead program sales and support efforts, including conducting face-to-face presentations to introduce the program and its benefits to brokers, offices, agents, and target real estate influencers.
  • Develop and facilitate opportunities to drive program engagement and results, such as call campaigns, tradeshows, industry events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support the marketing needs for the real estate channel, including the development and distribution of print and digital communication materials like program kits, email, direct mail, and video.
  • Manage the web-based administration of the real estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries, and participant awards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day implementation and results of the program, driving customer acquisition and performing analysis of KPIs to ensure goals are met.
  • Provide reporting on program performance, campaign effectiveness, profitability, and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate the development, fulfillment, and distribution of sales collateral, newsletters, promotional items, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree or seven years of progressive experience in sales and program management is required.

Experience: Five years of experience in program management or account management is required. Experience in the utility and/or real estate industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to influence action.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to listen, identify root causes, and offer appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience with marketing budgets and forecasts.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in channel or program development for a retail or deregulated company.
  • Experience managing referral, affinity, or loyalty programs.
  • Experience developing affiliate marketing programs or digital/mobile marketing.
  • Experience with social media or creating online communities.
  • Proficiency with MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as social media platforms.
  • Some experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms.

Work Environment

  • This role involves approximately 60% travel.
  • The candidate must be able to travel to customer locations using a personal vehicle.
  • The position is based in an office environment.
  • Physical requirements include standing for presentations and transporting, setting up, and breaking down materials for sales events and tradeshows.
