- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in program processes and methodologies.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a strong track record in managing large projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or related certification is a plus.
