At GALT Aerospace, Program Managers are the Primary Customer Liaison and are responsible for leading engineering and production teams, members of GALT Aerospace support organizations, and suppliers to successfully accomplish projects within cost and schedule to the satisfaction of the customer.Responsibilities also include support for tracking project financials, and building/nurturing client relationships with US Department of Defense and US aerospace/defense companies. GALT Aerospace Program Managers must know the fundamentals of project and resource planning such as integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, resourced scheduling including critical path determination, risk identification and mitigation, and are responsible to understand the basics of defense contracting and contracting with suppliers and sub-contractors. This provides the opportunity to progress as one grows and develops within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $148,000 - $190,000 and a specific candidate's base pay will depend on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
