Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager Specialist for a Contract with a client in Mclean, VA. The ideal candidate will Support strategic program initiatives by translating business requirements into actionable work items, tracking priorities, and delivering executive-level reporting.

Rate Range: $80/Hour to $85/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager Specialist Responsibilities include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and development priorities.

• Support strategic program initiatives by coordinating planning activities across multiple teams, functions, and technology groups.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, backlog refinement, roadmap development, and dependency tracking.

• Develop executive-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations to communicate program progress, risks, and key milestones.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery solutions.

• Apply PMO best practices to program governance, reporting, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio oversight.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Document Control within a regulated industry.

• Working knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485:2016, and electronic document management systems.

• Strong technical writing, document control, and change management experience with excellent attention to detail.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour
