Title: Program Manager Specialist
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Location: Full-time on-site M-F in Mclean
- Partner with Multifamily Digital Program leadership, including providing direct strategic and operational support to senior executives.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives and coordinate planning activities across multiple programs, business functions, and technology teams.
- Facilitate business requirements sessions with stakeholders, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable user stories, features, and development priorities for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Architects, and Development teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
- Support Agile planning processes, including Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap development, backlog refinement, dependency management, and milestone tracking.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, portfolio priorities, and enterprise transformation objectives.
- Create executive-level dashboards, status reports, presentations, and communications that provide leadership visibility into program health, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
- Apply PMO best practices for program governance, reporting, resource planning, risk management, issue tracking, and portfolio oversight.
- Lead integrated program planning activities and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.
