A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING PROGRAM MANAGER, SUBSEA SYSTEMSIn this position, you play an essential role in ensuring we are meeting client requirements and deadlines while maximizing the efficiency of our company's resources. The Manufacturing Program Manager, Subsea Systems Works as the liaison between functional groups such as, Operations, CNC, Design, and Engineering to support client's requirements for implementing solutions to complex problems. This position oversees specific projects, coordinating with essential personnel to ensure that projects adhere to the quality policy and customer requirements and timeline/schedule.Using good judgment, you select methods and techniques that create solutions that relate to project management and take any concerns into account.You are constantly in communication with the production team as well as leadership to ensure that any changes are made aware of promptly and that restrictions are reviewed. Work EnvironmentThis position requires time spent on the shop floor and exposure to shop elements including noise, moving parts, dust and fumes.
