ABOUT THE TEAM

The Manufacturing Production team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process, including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

As a key part of the broader Manufacturing Learning and Development team, this role specifically leads the training execution, infrastructure, and delivery for our Supply Chain and Warehouse operations. The MFG Learning and Development team designs, develops, and delivers training programs that enhance technical proficiency, ensure compliance, and support career growth. By joining this team, you will ensure our materials and logistics training infrastructure is tightly aligned with our best practices and established standards for production training.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of the MFG Learning and Development team, the Program Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse Training will lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of training across our warehousing and materials operations footprint.

In this role, you will lead the hands-on work and inform the broader, long-term training strategy for the business unit. Your first priority will be standing up a standardized onboarding and training curriculum for our core materials roles (including Materials Handlers, Inventory Control, Materials Flow Specialists, and Production Coordinators) and scaling this training across all operating sites. You will start by managing a team of two training specialists, coaching them to deliver high-quality, hands-on, and systems-based learning solutions. Crucially, you will lead the effort to ensure that all supply chain training programs and infrastructure are aligned with the high standards, methodologies, and best practices established by the production training team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and Inform Training Strategy: Lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of training programs for warehousing and materials operations, while providing critical floor-level insights to inform the broader MFG Training strategy.
• Align with Production Standards: Lead the work to ensure all supply chain training infrastructure, delivery methods, qualification standards, and content development align with the established best practices of the broader MFG Training & Development organization.
• Design & Stand Up Onboarding: Lead the creation and standardization of a highly effective onboarding program from scratch for Materials Handlers, Inventory Control, Materials Flow Specialists with a focus on scaling the curriculum across all operating sites.
• Systems Training Execution: Manage and deliver training programs for core supply chain systems, including Oracle, Forge WMS, and Autotime, while supporting the transition strategy away from legacy systems (Odoo, PackageX).
• Lead and Develop the Team: Provide direct leadership, coaching, and daily direction to a team of two training specialists, ensuring excellence in classroom facilitation, floor-level training, and documentation.
• Track Outcomes & Drive Improvement: Measure training effectiveness using key operational metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, picking/packing accuracy, system transaction errors, safety compliance) and use this data to continuously improve programs.
• Build Strong Relationships: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse operations, Industrial Engineering, and Production leadership to understand operational pain points, build trust, and align training solutions to operational needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Program Management.
• Must have experience working within or directly supporting a supply chain, warehouse, or materials management function within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience building strong collaborative relationships with operational leaders and translating their business needs into training solutions.
• Experience leading and managing direct reports (this role will have 2 direct reports).
• Demonstrated experience executing, standardizing, and scaling training/onboarding programs across multiple physical locations or sites.
• Superb facilitation and coaching skills-able to engage and train frontline materials handlers, operations managers, and specialized industrial engineers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Direct experience training staff on ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Oracle, Forge WMS, and Autotime.
• Experience supporting system migrations and tool adoption training
• Deep understanding of warehouse safety standards, 5S methodologies, inventory control practices (cycle counting, reconciliation), and materials flow engineering.
• Experience aligning training programs across distinct but dependent business units (e.g., aligning Warehouse Training with Manufacturing/Production standards).

US Salary Range

$112,000 - $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
