Program Manager Tech 4 | HR Technology Transformation
Location: Hybrid - (3 days/week onsite with flexible) | Redmond, WA
Rate: $85/hr.

ANDERSEN is looking for an experienced Program Manager Tech 4 to support a large-scale HR technology transformation focused on M&A. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a strong combination of enterprise program management, HR/Recruiting Operations, and HR technology implementation. You’ll work across HR, engineering, business, and external vendor teams to keep multiple transformation workstreams aligned, moving forward, and ready for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program governance and coordination across multiple HR technology workstreams.
- Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance meetings, and operational readiness discussions.
- Partner with business and technical teams on OrgVue implementation and adoption.
- Coordinate HR data validation and data-quality activities across systems.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, readiness assessments, and launch planning.
- Manage external vendors and consulting partners against key milestones.
- Develop executive-level status updates and proactively identify and escalate program risks.
Must-Have Hard Skills*
- 8–10 years:Complex Enterprise Program Management, including large cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and risks.
- 8–10 years:HR / Recruiting Operations, with hands-on experience supporting HR, Recruiting, workforce, or M&A operations.
- 8–10 years:HR Technology Implementation / Transformation, including enterprise HR platforms and large-scale technology implementations.
*Important: Strong HR Operations experience is a core requirement for this position.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong enterprise program and project management experience.
- Hands-on HR Operations and HR technology transformation background.
- Experience managing project plans, governance, RAID logs, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, defect management, and launch readiness.
- Knowledge of workforce data, organizational hierarchies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HR platforms such as OrgVue, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Strong vendor, stakeholder, and cross-functional management skills.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
