    Location: Bennington, VT
    Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday -2nd Shift
    Salary: Starting at $55,000 per year

    What You'll Do
    As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality services while creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and program participants.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor program staff
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and engagement
    • Monitor program performance and maintain compliance standards
    • Support employee development through training and ongoing feedback
    • Build strong relationships with individuals, families, community partners, and stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and program records
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational success
    What We're Looking For
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
    • Supervisory or program leadership experience required
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in human services, behavioral health, education, nonprofit, or related settings preferred
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    Compensation
    • Starting salary of $55,000 per year
