Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee and manage our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, SQL, Microsoft SSIS, and Jira. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 3.Experience : 10to12Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Microsoft SSIS,Jira,SQL,.NET 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress. - Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Utilize .NET, SQL, and Microsoft SSIS to develop and implement technical solutions. - Use Jira to track project progress and manage tasks. - Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. -Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. - Have extensive experience with .NET, SQL, and Microsoft SSIS. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Jira for project management. - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Display a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. - Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Be adept at risk management and problem-solving. - Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
