Employment will not commence unless and until the contract is awarded and funding is confirmed.Anglin Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team providing remote acquisition support to a federal government client. This is a non-personal services environment supporting federal acquisition operations in accordance with applicable federal regulations and agency guidance.  The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government representatives, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance across all assigned work.  This role requires operating on Japan Standard Time (JST) business hours.Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representativesOversee day-to-day contract performance and ensure all tasks meet PWS requirementsReceive, review, accept, or reject Work Assignments from authorized Government personnelProvide written justification for rejected assignments, when appropriateAssign and manage workload across Contract SpecialistsMonitor quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of all deliverablesIdentify and resolve performance issues proactivelyEnsure all acquisition activities comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplementsAttend required performance meetings with Government stakeholdersManage project schedule, performance metrics, and risk mitigation effortsProvide routine status reporting to both Government and corporate leadershipMaintain accountability for acquisition-related deliverables, including market research reports, acquisition plans, solicitation packages, award documentation, contract modifications, and closeout filesRequirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum eight (8) years of experience in federal contractingMinimum three (3) years in a supervisory or program management capacityDemonstrated experience managing acquisition support operationsStrong working knowledge of the FAR and applicable supplementsExperience leading remote teamsU.S. Citizenship required Application InstructionsTo apply, please submit your application through our online applicant tracking system.  Anglin Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
