Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Life Sciences R&D and Veeva Vault Clinical implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale clinical transformation programs, managing executive stakeholders, and driving cross-functional, cross-vendor collaboration in a GxP-regulated environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage enterprise-scale Veeva Vault Clinical implementation programs.
- Oversee implementation of Veeva Vault Clinical modules, including CTMS, Site Connect, and/or eTMF.
- Drive overall program governance, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT leadership.
- Chair steering committee (SteerCo) meetings and provide executive-level program updates.
- Manage cross-functional, cross-vendor, and cross-program dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences R&D and GxP regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to achieve successful program outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
- 20+ years of Program Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering Veeva Vault Clinical implementation programs.
- Strong expertise in Life Sciences R&D and GxP-regulated environments.
- Experience with CTMS, Site Connect, and/or eTMF implementations.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success managing complex global, multi-vendor programs.
