Program Managers

About the Role

EDC Consulting is seeking experienced Program Managers to lead complex Federal IT programs from planning through delivery. You will manage teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships on high-visibility initiatives for the Department of Defense and Federal civilian agencies.

What You Will Do

• Lead program planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

• Manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, and performance across multiple workstreams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and stakeholders

• Lead and mentor cross-functional technical and functional teams

• Prepare status reports, briefings, and program documentation

• Support PMO establishment, governance, and process improvement

• Ensure contract compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience managing IT programs or projects

• Experience managing Federal contracts and government stakeholders

• PMP certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP, cloud, or cybersecurity programs

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models

• Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks

• Active security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI)

• Military or veteran background
