Program Marketing Associate

Job Overview

As a Program Marketing Associate, you’ll help plan and deliver campaigns that connect business customers with relevant products and programs. You’ll coordinate content, channels, and campaign details, then use performance data to guide improvements. This role brings together digital marketing, research, and cross-functional collaboration to support demand generation and sales goals.

Duties

• Coordinate marketing campaign management across email, social media, web, and print; support multichannel marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
• Write and edit content for content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and product promotions; update WordPress pages and assist with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems; organize audience lists and campaign workflows.
• Prepare web analytics reporting using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; apply data-driven decision making to improve performance.
• Your impact: Clear, coordinated campaigns help prospective customers find useful information and help sales teams engage qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong writing, organization, research, and communication skills; ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
• Preferred: Experience in digital, business-to-business (B2B), e-commerce, email, social media, performance, or demand generation marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and SEO is an asset.
• Exposure to advertising sales, print advertising, budgeting, product management, or marketing management is helpful; team leadership or managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams is not required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and web analytics is preferred.
