Position Description
Systemone is seeking a Program / Project Manager who blends solution architecture with a product mindset, someone who can lead client workstreams, shape practical architectures, and help build market facing assets that grow pipeline and credibility in Houston.

This role is ideal for a high agency consultant who enjoys client facing delivery and practice building: thought leadership, events, offerings, and proposals.

Role summary
Leads the Crude Data Exchange Phase 2 program and delivery of an Azure Databricks based data platform, including modernization of legacy crude trading data assets.

Project / business context
Crude Data Exchange (CDE) Phase 2 Azure Databricks data platform and modernization of legacy crude trading data assets.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the program to agreed time, cost, quality, risk and benefit objectives.
  • Lead Azure Databricks data platform delivery across ODS, curated views, reporting and data products.
  • Manage migration from WONA Data Warehouse to the strategic cloud platform.
  • Align stakeholders across Crude Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance and Technology.
  • Lead multidisciplinary Shell, partner and vendor teams; manage governance, financials, RAID, scope and resources.
  • Ensure alignment across ETRM data domains, architecture standards and technical delivery.

Key skills / experience
  • Program/project delivery up to $10M+ and teams of 50+ resources.
  • Extensive Crude & Products Trading experience.
  • Strong ETRM/trading data knowledge: trades, risk, positions, P&L, settlements and market data.
  • Proven Azure Databricks platform delivery and enterprise data migration/cloud transformation.
  • Senior stakeholder management, Agile delivery and benefits realization.
