Program / Project Manager

This role will coordinate across a multi-disciplinary team with a key focus on program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, budgetary tracking and management reporting. 

The individual will collaborate with partners in technology and product management to deliver solutions for Clients and Financial Advisors.

The position will be based in New York, NY.

Required Skills

Prior experience in manage complex technology development projects with understanding of the different technology stack involved. 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders.

Basic understanding of WM offerings and financial products.

Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor materials appropriately.

Strong presentation skills, including ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and facilitate meetings for various levels of management.

Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.

Strong time management skills and ability to drive projects to completion within budget.

Eagerness to learn the business and understand technical requirements.

Familiar with SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology.
