    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and update cost- and resource-loaded schedules using CPM techniques.

    • Perform schedule reviews and produce bi-weekly/monthly schedule update and progress analysis reports.

    • Analyze schedule impacts and provide mitigation recommendations to prevent delays and overruns.

    • Generate progress review reports including logic, sequencing, constraints, float, critical/near-critical paths, cost, and earned value.

    • Monitor and report on schedule status to the Program Scheduler and executive team.

    • Develop What-If scenarios, mitigation strategies, look-ahead schedules, and time impact analyses.

    • Assess and evaluate delay claims and schedule-related disputes.

    • Identify schedule risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.

    • Present schedule updates and analyses during stakeholder and executive meetings.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

    • 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls.

    • Diverse experience across various roles (consultant, owners rep, architect, contractor, engineer).

    • Hands-on field experience, including regular on-site walk-throughs.

    • Expertise in institutional, vertical, or high-rise construction (experience with detention facilities preferred).

    • Proficiency in the development of CPM schedules and resource-loaded schedules for design and construction phases.

    • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Earned Value Management experience.

    • Ability to work on-site at the NYC office (777 3rd Ave) with occasional travel to other facilities.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary $188,000+ based on experience

    • Full benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with match

    • Long-term opportunity on a high-visibility 6-year project

    • Supportive team environment and leadership committed to your success
