Program Scheduler – Cleared Government Program
We are currently seeking a Program Scheduler to support a highly technical and secure federal program in Livermore, California. This role will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules to support mission-critical engineering, scientific, and operational objectives.
As a key member of the project controls team, you will collaborate with program managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity, identify potential delays, and provide data-driven insights to support risk mitigation and successful project delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
Integrate schedule data from various workstreams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
Perform schedule health checks and critical path analysis.
Support schedule risk assessments and resource-loading analysis
Track milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate with project controls, cost analysts, and program managers to ensure alignment.
Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.
Contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting deliverables as needed.
Experience working in highly technical or government-regulated environments (e.g., national labs, DoD, DOE)
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of integrated master scheduling (IMS), critical path methodology, and schedule risk analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with ANSI/EIA-748 EVM standards and DOE project management requirements (a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
Active Q or Top Secret clearance is required.
