Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Program Security Architect for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will drive the implementation and oversight of infrastructure, application, and user authentication security controls to ensure compliance and protect critical HR and Payroll systems.

Rate Range: $80/Hour to $90/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Security Architect Responsibilities include:

• Lead the implementation and oversight of infrastructure, application, and user authentication security controls.

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance standards for the HR and Payroll platform.

• Monitor vendor security performance, including audits, disaster recovery testing, and SLA compliance.

• Conduct risk, vulnerability, and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.

• Support incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and compliance audits.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure secure system deployment, user access management, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Minimum 9 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in security architecture and implementation.

• Strong expertise in security frameworks, risk management, cloud security solutions, IAM, SSO, MFA, and compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.

• Experience supporting large-scale HR/Payroll systems, preferably Workday, with proven ability to develop security policies, oversee compliance initiatives, and implement enterprise security controls.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
