Program Specialist II - Northford, CT

As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex customer projects from initiation through completion. You will drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, resolve challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction will directly contribute to business growth and operational excellence.

You will report directly to Sr. Project Mgmt Supervisor and work closely with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales, and Customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget in Northford, CT

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Building Automation programs, driving improvements and ensuring that customer needs are met through innovative solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3 or more years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, customer service, or a related business function.
• 3 or more year experience of strong organizational, data analysis, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

TThe annual base salary range for this position is $ 86,900- $108,450. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills as well as market and business considerations.
