About the RoleClarvida is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and operational support to a team delivering community-based and child welfare services. In this role, you will partner closely with the Program Director to assess service delivery, support program growth, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and families

This position plays a key role in staff development, productivity oversight, and collaboration with community partners and Department of Human Services teams. You will be part of a collaborative supervisory team working together to strengthen programs and improve outcomes across the community

Responsibilities• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to assigned staff• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members• Monitor staff productivity, service delivery, and documentation compliance• Assist in assessing program performance and identifying opportunities for growth• Support adherence to contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements• Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, including TBRI and Motivational Interviewing• Collaborate with the Program Director on operational and clinical priorities• Serve as a liaison with community agencies and Department of Human Services teams• Support staff in delivering high-quality, creative services to families and childre

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field eligible for clinical licensure with provisional license (LPCC, LSW) and/or in process towards clinical licensure (required). LPC, LCSW active clinical license (preferred but not required).

Supervisory experience in human services or behavioral health preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing child welfare services to children and families preferred• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record• Active auto insurance• Ability to pass required background checks
