About the Role:
South Richmond Hill Recovery is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team in Ozone Park, NY. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery and behavioral health services
• Supervise, mentor, and support direct care staff to promote professional development and program excellence
• Monitor client progress and ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain seamless program continuity
• Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions
• Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, crises, and incident reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a recovery, substance use, or behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Familiarity with OASAS, OMH, or other relevant regulatory frameworks preferred
• Proficiency in case management documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
• CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure is a plus
