Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Program Technical Environment Manager for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will coordinate environment configurations, data management, and system operations while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support project success.

Rate Range: $70/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Technical Environment Manager Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain technical environments to support HR and Payroll system implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.

• Coordinate environment configurations, data management, security access, and system integrations across multiple project phases.

• Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and lead root-cause analysis efforts to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure environment readiness and compliance with project requirements.

• Support system testing activities, including unit, integration, user acceptance, and go-live readiness testing.

• Develop and maintain operational documentation, processes, and governance procedures to support a secure and stable technical environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, including large-scale system implementation or migration projects.

• Experience with system administration, SaaS platforms, technical environment management, and enterprise application support.

• Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll systems, Workday solutions, and security, compliance, or governance processes.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
