Job Summary:
This role involves driving the growth and success of new initiatives by bridging product, marketing, and operational efforts. You will be instrumental in developing and scaling programs that deliver significant value to both users and the business. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational capability to transform nascent ideas into robust, functioning programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for program growth and expansion.
- Build operational frameworks and tools to accelerate team velocity.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to design user-centric and impactful programs.
- Analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and remove execution roadblocks.
