Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

• Create sales agreements, establish projects and budgets in Business Central/NAV, and maintain project accounting records
• 
  
• Prepare project billings, including AIA and LBM invoices, and support ongoing billing administration
• 
  
• Administer state income tax correspondence and assist with monthly sales and use tax reporting and payments
• 
  
• Apply cash receipts, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with collections on past-due accounts
• 
  
• Perform select monthly general ledger account reconciliations and support month-end accounting activities
• 
  

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Business Central required
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• 
  
• Background in project accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting
•
