Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Oversee completeness and accuracy of all journal entries, account reconciliations, andanalyses as assigned by the Accounting Manager.Work with the Construction department to verify accuracy of budgets and closing ofconstruction projects.Serve as project lead, as necessary, and ensure proper preparation and documentation ofrelated journal entries.In connection with month closing, ensure accuracy of foreign currency adjustments,elimination entries, and expense allocations as appropriate.Develop new procedures to shorten the current close process.Actively contribute to the development of global accounting policies to ensure accuratefinancial reporting.Actively participate in year-end audits and quarterly reviews, including preparation of auditsupport schedules and related requests.Actively adhere to written policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure SOX 404compliance.Serve in a key supporting role with respect to the internal (e.g., Month Financial Package) andexternal (e.g., Form 10-K and Form 10-Q’s) reporting processes.

Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respondto questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical SkillsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, andfundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such asfractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations whereonly limited standardization exists. Ability to independently determine tax compliancerequirements with no supervision.Computer SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.Microsoft Dynamics D365experience preferred.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCertified Public Accountant preferred.
