What You'll Do

• Support project teams with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition, and overall project financial management.
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze project reports, WIP schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and project variance reporting.
• 
  
• Process project billings, owner payment applications, budget revisions, and cash receipts while maintaining accurate financial records.
• 
  
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and ERP teams to enhance processes, implement system improvements, and establish project accounting best practices.

Who You Are

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 
  
• 5+ years project accounting experience in the construction industry
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, work-in-process analysis, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• 
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact cross-functionally
