Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

Hiring a licensed Project Architect for an established Cleveland A&E firm to lead commercial, residential, and senior living projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Responsibilities

Advance drawings from schematics to full construction documents under a Senior Project Manager.
Direct and mentor architectural interns on drafting and detailing.
Lead coordination with clients, consultants (MEP/structural/civil), and contractors.
Manage construction administration: site visits, submittals, RFIs, and project meetings.
Prepare graphic presentation materials and ensure adherence to internal CAD/BIM standards.

Requirements

NAAB-accredited Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture; active Registered Architect (RA) license.
5+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or senior living sectors.
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong command of building systems, CSI specifications, accessibility (ADA), and building codes.
Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
