Our client is a well-established NYC architecture, interior design, and planning firm providing design solutions for corporate interiors, workplace, and retail environments.

Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Architect with 7+ years of professional experience to join their team and take a hands-on role managing and delivering a variety of corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a smaller, collaborative firm environment and will have the technical expertise to produce and coordinate complete construction document sets.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys being closely involved in projects from documentation through completion, while also working directly with clients and the project team. Strong communication and client relationship skills are important for success in this role.

Required:

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Corporate / workplace interiors experience
• Proven ability to produce and coordinate complete construction documents
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable working in a smaller, hands-on firm environment

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Salary:
$85,000–$100,000
