Client:
Our client, with studios in New York City and Westchester County, is an established architecture and design firm specializing in higher education, civic, cultural, commercial, residential, and public-sector projects throughout the United States and abroad.

Description:
Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect with 7–15 years of professional experience to join their collaborative studio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of new construction and renovation projects across higher education, public, cultural, commercial, and luxury residential markets.

The Project Architect will develop compelling architectural concepts and carry them through technical resolution, producing detailed drawings, 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials. Responsibilities will include designing bespoke architectural details, coordinating with consultants, collaborating with clients, and contributing throughout all phases of design and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and design excellence. This is an opportunity to take ownership of project responsibilities while working alongside an experienced team on thoughtfully designed, high-quality architecture.

Required:

• 7–15 years of professional architectural experience in the United States

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Revit, including sophisticated 3D modeling and visualization

• Strong architectural detailing and technical problem-solving skills

• Experience with design development, construction documentation, and project coordination

• Exceptional graphic, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative studio environment

• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to design excellence

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and/or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from an accredited school of architecture.

Salary:
$80,000–$120,000
