NIKA is hiring for a Project Assistant/Coordination Support to support our client in Falls Church, VA. The role is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:
Prepare reoccurring ad hoc reports and briefings as well as provide required information papers and executive summaries on all pertinent projects.
Facilitate management interface for user meetings.
Participate in meetings and teleconferences and coordinate associated actions.
Provide recurring project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate schedules and report progress on a weekly basis.
Assist in coordination and conduct of inspections, tests, verifications, and certifications.
Support operational planning development, phase planning, move sequence planning, transition budget tracking, and development of work and relocation plans and schedules.
Assist DHA PgM or designated government representative to ensure close out completion of MILCONs by receiving all information from Agent, Construction Contractor, and DOR to be historically archived.
Maintain project records and closeout documentation including:
Final Design Authorizations, DD1391s and PFDs
Contractor's Final Proposal
Construction Award Contract
Final Construction Documents
RFPs and RFIs
All Executed Change Orders and Revisions
As-Built Drawings
Receipt of DD1354s
