What You'll Do

As a critical support partner to Project Managers and site leadership, you will:

• Help keep a major construction project organized and operating efficiently.
• Coordinate onboarding, badging, and site access for new team members.
• Manage project documentation, logs, trackers, reports, and records.
• Process and track purchase orders and invoices while partnering with accounting and vendors.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and support project communications.
• Assist with document control and ensure important project information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Coordinate office and project site supplies to support daily operations.
• Create and maintain reports, trackers, and administrative processes using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support multiple project leaders and help solve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement more efficient processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Administrative, project coordination, office support, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Construction, engineering, or project administration experience.
• Experience supporting construction or data center projects.
• Experience improving processes, workflows, or administrative systems.
• Some college coursework.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role located in Stillwater, OK. You'll work closely with Project Managers, field teams, contractors, vendors, accounting professionals, and corporate stakeholders in a dynamic construction environment. The team is growing rapidly, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, building relationships, and making a visible impact on project success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edwardsville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
