- Works with field teams, engineers, and customer representatives to validate documentation, reconcile outstanding issues, and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
Responsibilities:- Assist in gathering and reviewing project closeout documentation.
- Support field teams and engineers in reconciling outstanding issues.
- Maintain compliance records and project financial data.
- Learn and apply best practices for project closeout efficiency.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
Experience:- Implements best practices to standardize and expedite closeout processes, reducing administrative delays.
- Ensures the successful closeout of completed projects by finalizing documentation, validating compliance with contract requirements, and reconciling financials.
- Works with the customers internal audit and project management teams to ensure all obligations are met, allowing seamless transition to operations or maintenance phases.
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
