Project & Contract Manager
Rosemead, CA (Hybrid- 2 Days Onsite a week)
Contract (18 Months + Possible extension)
Pay rate: $45-48 an hour on W2 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Project & Contract Manager to oversee physical security technology projects and manage commercial contract operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, contract negotiation, financial tracking, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience handling medium to large-scale capital projects.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, legal stakeholders, and corporate security teams to ensure successful project execution, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Contract Management
Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including:
Consulting Services Agreements
Statements of Work (SOW)
Marketing & Promotion Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Recruiting Agreements
Online Advertising Insertion Orders
Other commercial and e-commerce agreements
Interpret contractual language and incorporate legal and business requirements.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial policies, and revenue recognition guidelines.
Review non-standard contract requests and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate contract records and update the internal contract management system.
Monitor contract expirations and manage renewals where applicable.
Collaborate with internal teams on contract template updates and revisions.
Serve as the primary liaison between departments for contract-related matters.
Upload and maintain all executed agreements within the contract management system.
Support legal and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of project management experience in a related field.
2+ years of contract management experience.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of project, program, and contract management principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools.
Ability to read and interpret:
Construction drawings
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings
Electrical single-line and logic diagrams
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
